Crews for the state Department of Transportation (NJDOT) will work on the Route 30 drawbridge over Beach Thorofare from Monday, Feb. 26 to Friday, Mar. 1, the Atlantic City Police Department said. Crews Battle Morning House Fire In Monmouth County Firefighters quickly put out a morning house fire in Neptune Township, officials said. Parts of Ridge and 7th avenues were closed as crews were at the scene of the fire at around 8:30 a.m., according to the Neptune Township Office of Emergency Management.  The fire was extinguished by 9:15 a.m. The road remained closed as investigators determined the cause of the fire.
