Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Double Shooting: Suspect At Large After 2 Female Victims Found On Hempstead Roadway An investigation is underway after two female victims were found shot on a Long Island roadway. The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, April 1 in Hempstead. That's when Hempstead Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation at Polk Avenue. $100K ID Theft Scheme: Trio Nabbed In Act At Auto Dealership In New Rochelle, Police Say Three suspects were apprehended in the act of allegedly trying to pull off a $100,000 identity theft scheme at an auto dealership in Westchester County, according to authorities. Man Accused Of Fatally Stabbing Cousin In Hauppauge, Then Assaulting Cousin's Girlfriend A Long Island man has been apprehended after authorities say he fatally stabbed his cousin and injured his cousin’s girlfriend.
