The panel sentenced him to 55 years in prison.  Prosecutors said Faison killed Hopkins around July 22, 2021. SUV Crushed Beneath Flatbed Trailer In Pittsfield Crash, Driver Critically Injured A driver suffered life-threatening injuries after his SUV struck a flatbed tractor-trailer in Pittsfield early Wednesday morning, Sept. 9.  The crash happened around 3:46 a.m.near 500 Cheshire Road, just south of the Lanesborough town line. Police said a 67-year-old man was driving a GMC Terrain south when the SUV hit an empty flatbed tractor-trailer as the truck crossed the road. The impact left the SUV lodged beneath the trailer.
