Body Of Missing Bozrah Man Found Inside Burned-Out Home The body of a man who was believed to be missing from a house fire was found amongst the rubble. Crews got a call around 3:38 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, for a house and garage fire in Bozrah. Firefighters found both structures engulfed in flames.  A man believed to be inside was not found initially. Dillon Dupuis, a sophomore at Glastonbury High School, and another teenager suffered catastrophic injuries in the Oct. 24 wreck on Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury, police said. Waterbury Woman Illegally Billed Medicaid $13,000 For Work On Client Who Was Abroad: State A Connecticut woman who worked as a personal care assistant has been arrested and accused of billing Medicaid more than $13,000 for services she didn’t perform, authorities said.  Carmen Berroa, 61, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree larceny by defrauding a public community and health insurance fraud, Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice said.  According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Berroa began working for a client in October 2023.
