Ryan Callahan, 46, of Hoosick Falls, was nearly four times the legal limit when cops pulled him over around 9:30 a.m. Friday on State Route 29 near Greens Corner Road in Galway, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said. Callahan was hit with a felony DWI charge because he has a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years, according to the sheriff’s office.
