At 8:41 p.m.., firefighters responded to Congasia Road and found a single UTV on fire with all occupants out of the vehicle, Whiting Fire Company Sta. 33 said. Firefighters worked to suppress the fire and prevent further spread to the adjacent brush, fire officials said. The scene was turned over to Manchester police for investigation, firefighters said.
