At 1 p.m., the Summit Police Department received information from an outside law enforcement agency that it had received a threat and that the caller was believed to be currently in Summit, the city said in a release. At 8:41 p.m.., firefighters responded to Congasia Road and found a single UTV on fire with all occupants out of the vehicle, Whiting Fire Company Sta. 33 said.
