Appleby will donate $12,000 to the School Based Health Centers named after him on Friday, Nov. 6, at Norwalk High School. Ossining, Briarcliff Runners Finish New York City Marathon OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining's Jaydip Patel and Briarcliff's Chandresh Shan finished Sunday's TCS New York City Marathon. Patel ran 4:30:55 and Shan ran 4:30:59. Patel, 47, finished his second NYC Marathon and improved his time by nearly 40 minutes. Both runners were also featured on an NBC-TV video clip of the race.
