Late Flurry Of Sales Pushes Up Fairfield Real Estate Market In 2nd Quarter FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- A late flurry of activity helped push sales and pricing upward in the second quarter in the Fairfield real estate market. Greenwich Real Estate Market Sends Mixed Messages In 2nd Quarter GREENWICH, Conn. – Activity dipped but prices rose as the Greenwich real estate market sent mixed messages during the second quarter of the year. The number of homes sold fell 14.8 percent during the second quarter in Greenwich, according to the quarterly report from Houlihan Lawrence. Fairfield Cyclists Can Still Register For Connecticut Challenge FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Registration for the Connecticut Challenge's 10th anniversary bike ride is still open for new riders and teams. With nearly 950 riders and over 90 teams already registered, the two-day ride takes place Friday and Saturday.
