Westchester Single Family Home Sales Drop Sharply In Second Quarter WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Sales of single family homes fell 13.5 percent in the second quarter of 2014 and showed minimal growth over the same quarter last year, according to a report from the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
