Westport Race Nets $200K For Tick-Borne Disease Alliance WESTPORT, Conn. - The Tick-Borne Disease Alliance announced it will invest over $20,000 into Lyme disease research thanks to the success of last week's “Bite Back for a Cure” Walk/Run in Westport. Greenwich 6th-Graders Raise Funds For Stamford Cancer Nonprofit GREENWICH, Conn. -- Five sixth-graders at Stanwich School in Greenwich recently held a bake sale to raise funds for the Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy of Stamford. The girls – Celia Daigle, Winnie Marion, Grayson McIntyre, Sydney Pittignano and Elizabeth Raezer – learned about ACGT and the foundation’s mission after reading a story in the local newspaper. Jack R. Title, 20, Son Of Fairfield School Superintendent FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Jack Raymond Title, the son of Fairfield schools superintendent David Title, died Sunday at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was 20. Title was born on Nov. 27, 1993, to Laurie and David Title. He is survived by his parents; brother Russell; sisters Sarah and Robin; and grandmothers, Betsy Russell and Sally Title.
