Norwalk Fourth-Grade Football Team Wins League Crown NORWALK, Conn. – The Norwalk Packers fourth-grade football team defeated Bridgeport, 24-13, to win the Colonial Youth Football League Championship. Norwalk (10-0) will play in the state championship game Sunday. Norwalk took control on the opening kickoff as Mysonne Pollard returned it 60 yards for a touchdown eight seconds into the game. Pollard raced 44 yards for a touchdown on Norwalk’s next possession. Norwalk extended the lead thanks to its defense. Appleby’s School Based Health Centers (SBHCs), have been providing medical and behavioral healthcare services to thousands of Norwalk’s youth.   SBHCs are licensed as outpatient clinics and are in Norwalk’s three high schools, Brien McMahon, Briggs and Norwalk high schools, as well as Nathan Hale, Ponus Ridge and West Rocks middle schools respectively (behavioral health-care only).
