Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Willingboro High School Senior Gunned Down Outside His South Jersey Home An 18-year-old high school student from Burlington County was fatally shot outside of his home late Thursday, authorities said. Yahsinn Robinson, who was a senior at Willingboro High School, was shot at about 11:30 p.m., according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Willingboro Township Public Safety Director Kinamo Lomon. Christopher Willis of Long Branch has been charged with first-degree murder related to the death of Norberto Nieves, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni. Jersey Shore Police Respond To Shots Fired Police in Ocean County were called on a report of multiple shots fired late Wednesday, authorities said. Brick Township police officers found blood evidence and bullet casings on Creek Road at about 11:30 p.m. An initial report said that a 9-1-1 caller had heard eight to 10 shots fired, but the suspect had fled the scene.
