Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

South Jersey Police, EMS Respond To Motorcycle Crash In Gloucester Police, firefighters and EMS crews were at the scene of a serious motorcycle crash in Camden County, authorities said. The crash occurred about 3:30 p.m. at Jarvis and Kearsley roads in Gloucester Township, according to initial reports. An unconfirmed report said that the motorcycle rider was down and bleeding from her face with a head injury.  Advanced life support crews were called to the scene of the crash. Authorities ID Central Jersey Resident, 75, Killed In House Fire Authorities have released the name of the Middlesex County resident killed in a house fire on Tuesday. The fire broke out about 5 p.m. at 122 Lowell Street in Carteret.   First responders found Mark Levinzon, 75, of Carteret inside the residence. Levinzon was unresponsive and taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
