Man Killed In Overnight Boston Shooting: Police Boston Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot overnight in Dorchester. Police responded to a report of a person shot in the area of 39 Baird Street around 1 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.  Upon arrival, officers found an adult male suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said. So far, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Woman Seriously Injured In Early Morning Boston Stabbing: Report A woman was seriously injured in an overnight stabbing in Boston on Friday, Oct. 7, authorities said.  Police found the woman at the intersection of Centre and Lamartine streets just after midnight, Boston police said. They did not release her name.
