Philly Man Broke Into Township of Hamilton Home: PD
A 27-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged after he broke into a home in Township of Hamilton on Tuesday, Dec. 23, authorities said.
At 11:50 p.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of Underhill Court for a burglary in progress, Township of Hamilton police said. The suspect, later identified as Quaashie Gary, ran into a nearby wooded area, police said.
A police K9 was deployed and began searching for Gary, who was apprehended soon after, police said.
Gary was charged with burglary, criminal attempt and criminal trespassing, police said.

A trespasser who forced his way inside a Reading home Thursday night, March 7, is now recovering from a gunshot wound, according to city police.
Timothy Harris, 37, went inside a house on the 100 block of South 5th Street, an RPD spokesperson told Daily Voice.
When confronted by residents, police said Harris attacked two of them before he was shot in the leg. He fled the scene but was picked up by police a short time later, authorities said.
