Jessee Lee Pond was found near the shoreline Tuesday, Aug. 26, about 1.5 miles south of Millstone Point and west of Bartlett Reef, according to Waterford police. Walker, 34, of Allentown, who was unhoused, was pronounced dead on the scene at 9:08 p.m. beneath a bridge in the 300 block of West Hamilton Street, according to the coroner’s office. An autopsy was performed Tuesday at the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Forensic Center. The cause of death is pending the results of toxicology testing and a review of medical records, officials said.
