Officers responded to the 6300 block of Addison Road around 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, after receiving reports of an unconscious man inside a vehicle, according to Seat Pleasant Police. When officers arrived, they found the man unresponsive and immediately began life-saving efforts, including CPR and the use of agency-issued AEDs.
