A Boston civil rights activist is recovering after she was stabbed multiple times at Franklin Park, reports said.
Police responded to a report of an unconscious person at 25 Playstead Road, near White Stadium, in Jamaica Plain around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 11, Boston Police said. Upon arrival, officers found a woman, later identified as 91-year-old Jean McGuire, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
