Angel Quizhpi Tenezaca, 40, has been charged with multiple citations after leaving the scene of a deadly crash in Dundalk that claimed the life of Todd Hines Jr. earlier this week, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. The crash happened at approximately 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, in the 5200 block of North Point Boulevard, police said. 63-Year-Old Man Dead After Struck By Vehicle: Linden PD A 63-year-old man was killed after he was hit by a car in Linden Thursday, Jan. 22, authorities said. At 8 p.m., officers responded to the 2500 block of E. Edgar Road after a 2019 Dodge SUV traveling northbound on Route 1 hit the man, who has not been identified, as he was crossing the street, Linden police said. The pedestrian was treated on scene and transported to Newark University Hospital where he was pronounced dead,  The driver of the SUV was not injured, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.
