Woman Survives Jump From Bridge To I-95 In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. --  A woman survived after jumping from the Scribner Avenue bridge in Norwalk onto I-95 on Wednesday afternoon, according to The Hour. Police were called to the scene shortly after 3 p.m. when a woman jumped from the bridge onto the shoulder of the highway.
