Police Identify Norwalk Woman, 49, Killed In Crash Off Route 7 NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk police have identified the woman killed in a two-car crash early Sunday as Doris Ramirez-Giraldo, 49, of Norwalk. The accident occurred at 3:17 a.m. Sunday when a car exiting Route 7 onto Belden Avenue hit another car, according to police. Each car contained a driver and a passenger, all of whom were taken to Norwalk Hospital. Ramirez-Girlado later died of her injuries.
