Three Norwalk Teens Charged With Stealing Car NORWALK, Conn. -- Three Norwalk youths were charged with stealing a car Monday, according to police. Kenneth Mims, 18, along with a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old, all were charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. The names of the 17-year-old and 16-year-old were not released due to their ages. Mims also was charged with failure to appear in court and held on $17,500 bond. 3 Felons, Teen From Philadelphia Try To Steal Range Rovers In Darien DARIEN, Conn. -- Four Philadelphia men were arrested after police said they tried to steal three Range Rovers from a dealership in Darien. Victor Strong, 36; Anwar Carter, 34; Ernest Smith, 33; and Jisceton Cobb, 18, were each charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and possession of burglar tools. Strong, Carter and Smith were held without bond and were in court June 5. Cobb was released on a promise to appear in court later in June.
