Driver Of Suspicious Car Charged With Burglary In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. -- A Monroe man was arrested in Norwalk early Thursday after police said they found stolen items in a suspicious car that he had parked in the middle of the night blocking a residential driveway. Corey Roberts, 23, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and driving with a suspended license. He was held on $10,000 bond and will appear in court June 27.
