Rye High School Graduates Make College Choices RYE, N.Y. -- Rye High School saw 219 members of the Class of 2013 graduate this past Saturday. Of those students, 212, or 97 percent, will be attending college in the fall. Among the destinations for the new alumni are Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, the University of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Naval Academy. Rye Increases Train Station Parking And Other Fees RYE, N.Y. – Commuters will have to pay more to park at the Rye train station next year after the city implemented a number of fee increases for 2014. The cost of a commuter parking permit will increase $40 per year for both residents and non-residents to $760. The change represents an increase of 5.5 percent. Mayor Doug French said that the plan is to use the money from the fee increase to finance an upgrade to the parking lot.
