Andrew Cuomo signed last Thursday. The budget allocates $3,169,183 in aid to Harrison schools. This is a 3.5 percent increase over this year, when Harrison received $3,061,782. This includes $46,000 in state aid that had been lost earlier this year as a penalty after the district turned in its teacher evaluation plan 19 minutes late.
