Search Continues In Northeast For Missing Brown Student WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Authorities released a new surveillance image of someone matching the description of missing Brown University student Sunil Tripathi. The search for Tripathi has expanded to New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Tripathi, 22, went missing from his apartment on Angell Street in Providence on March 16. The newly released footage shows a man matching his description walking south on nearby Brook Street at 1:33 a.m. March 16, about 20 minutes after his last recorded computer activity. Harrison Schools Recover $46,000 In Lost State Funding HARRISON, N.Y. -- Harrison schools will receive $46,000 in state funding that was lost earlier this year as a penalty for the district turning in its teacher evaluation plan 19 minutes late in January. The district was asked to resubmit its plan to the state Department of Education on Jan. 17 after the state took issue with its standards for evaluating high school principals. The revised plan was submitted just after midnight and was accepted by the state, but the district was penalized $46,000 in this year's budget and every year moving forward. Harrison was denied $46,000 in state aid this January when it was late in submitting its plan for teacher evaluations.
