Early Voting In Port Chester Races Starts Tuesday PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester voters can cast their votes early in the races for mayor and village Board of Trustees. Early voting will be held Tuesday through Saturday and Election Day is on March 19. Residents can cast their vote at the Village Clerk's office at Village Hall between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday.
