William Horton Enright, of Brooklyn, was driving early Wednesday morning, March 18, on a stretch of Route 44 known for its curves, authorities said.  Connecticut State Police said Enright was driving east when he misjudged one, went off the road, and hit a tree. Man Accused Of Setting Deadly Fire At Milford Homeless Encampment Police have arrested a man in a deadly Connecticut homeless encampment fire from last year.  Matthew Kealey, 54, was arrested in connection with the case after the fire on Aug. 15, 2025, behind the Lowe’s on Old Gate Lane in Milford, according to officials, police said.  First responders rushed to the scene after reports that the encampment was burning.
