"Officers remain in the area as they continue their work." Police ID Thomaston Teen Killed After Car Crashes Into Rock Wall On Route 15 An 18-year-old Connecticut man was killed over the weekend after his car crashed into a rock wall, authorities said. Valentin Junior Collazo, of Thomaston, died Sunday, Dec. 21, shortly before noon near Exit 36 on Route 15 in Stratford, according to Connecticut State Police. Collazo was driving a 2010 Mazda 3i when the vehicle went off the right side of the highway and began sliding sideways in the grassy area near the exit, police said. The car then struck a rock wall.
