Joao Victor Borges De Queiroz, 33, was arrested on Christmas Eve, less than 24 hours after the attack, as he tried to cross the Canadian border, police said. Bridgeport Police say Borges De Queiroz hid inside the trunk of his ex-wife’s car as she left for work on Tuesday, Dec. 23. As she pulled away, he pushed down the rear seat and fired a gun at her.
