Pedestrian Hit, Killed In Enfield; Police Investigating Cause Of Crash Police say they are investigating a crash where a pedestrian was hit and killed in Enfield earlier this week.  The crash was reported just before 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20. The person was walking along Hazard Avenue near Glen Arden Lane when a Toyota Camry slammed into them, Enfield police said.  Paramedics rushed them to Johnson Memorial Hospital with critical injuries, and they were pronounced dead shortly after arriving.  Police have not released the pedestrian's name.  The driver remained at the scene and was cooperating with investigators, authorities said. …

Tractor-Trailer Rollover Crash Blocks I-495 In Andover, Causing Major Delays Massachusetts State Police say a tractor-trailer rolled over on I-495 North on Friday morning, Nov. 21, causing major traffic delays for drivers.  The wreck happened near Exit 97 in Andover around 6:30 a.m. The truck was hauling gravel when it crashed, spilling its load across the interstate.  Police shut down I-495 North as they cleaned and investigated the scene. Crews worked quickly, but the traffic stretched on for miles.  Troopers began reopening lanes around 7 a.m.  The cause of the crash is still under review.

Ayanna Voyak, of Hartford, was killed on Saturday, Nov. 16, shortly after 11 p.m., when the car she was in skidded off I-95 in West Warwick, Rhode Island, and crashed into a tree, authorities said.
