Bristol officers were called to the area of Pine Street and Riverside Avenue Extension around 6:46 p.m. for a crash involving a single car and a pedestrian, according to police. They found a lone car in the road. The driver, a 52-year-old man, sat alone in the driver’s seat and was not hurt, police said. Following the departures of Spirit Airlines in September and Avelo Airlines in October, BermudAir announced this week that it would end nonstop flights to the Windsor Locks airport. BermudAir began flying out of Bradley only seven months ago. The airline did not say why it chose to pull out of Bradley International, but officials with the Connecticut Airport Authority said the decision was based on a shift in BermudAir's network strategy. Geoff Fox, Former Wtnh Meteorologist Known For His Warmth And Wit, Dies After Cancer Battle Geoff Fox, the beloved former WTNH-TV meteorologist of 26 years, has died, his wife announced. He was 75. Fox died in his sleep on Tuesday, Nov. 11, after entering hospice care earlier this year. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2016.
