Ware Woman Killed After Car Hits Parked UPS Truck in Belchertown A Ware woman died after her car slammed into a parked UPS truck on Route 9 in Belchertown. Police said the unidentified 48-year-old woman was alone when her vehicle struck the truck outside a home at 300 Ware Road shortly after 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16. Paramedics rushed her to Baystate Wing Medical Center in Palmer, where she was pronounced dead. The UPS driver suffered minor injuries after being knocked down in the crash. The crash is under investigation.
