Home Sales Fall 15 Percent In Wilton In 4th Quarter FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Fourth quarter real estate sales fell in Wilton and Westport and were flat in Weston, bucking a county-wide trend. Single family home sales fell 15 percent in Wilton and 9 percent in Westport. In Weston, 32 homes exchanged hands in the fourth quarter -- the same number as the fourth quarter in 2014.
