Greenwich Bucks County Trend With Steep Fall In Real Estate Sales GREENWICH, Conn. -- Real estate sales fell 18 percent in the fourth quarter in Greenwich, bucking a countywide trend that saw increased activity in many other markets. Rockland Home Sales Rise 26 Percent In Fourth Quarter ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rockland County wrapped up a strong year in the real estate market with a 26 percent increase in sales in the fourth quarter compared to 2014 and a modest rise in prices. Dutchess Home Sales Rose 24 Percent In 2015 DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Home sales in Dutchess County reflected a Hudson Valley trend with a strong fourth quarter in real estate activity and a banner year overall.
