Norwalk Home Sales Improve 9 Percent In 2015 NORWALK, Conn. -- Home sales in Norwalk improved by 9 percent in 2015, according to the year-end report by William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. Fourth quarter sales rose 1 percent in Norwalk. For the year, there were 650 home sales, up from 597 in 2014. Norwalk’s trend reflected county wide trend with increased activity. Real estate sales rose 10 percent in Fairfield County in 2015, and eight percent in the final quarter.
