Fairfield Man Flips Car On Black Rock Turnpike FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A Fairfield driver was arrested Saturday after he rear-ended another car and flipped his car onto a median on Black Rock Turnpike, police said. Two Arrested After Brief Police Chase In Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Two men were arrested early Sunday after they broke into a locked storage building at Giant Steps School and led officers on a brief chase through woods, police said.
