State To Replace Signs On Merritt From Greenwich To Stratford — For $6M FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — The signs on the historic Merritt Parkway are about to get a $6 million upgrade.  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is undertaking a project to replace signs along the Merritt from the Connecticut/New York border in Greenwich to just beyond the Stratford/Milford town line.
