Man Identified Who Was Killed By Metro-North Train Near Milford Station MILFORD, Conn. -- The man who was hit and killed by a Metro-North train near the Milford station early Tuesday has been identified as a 26-year-old town resident, the Connecticut Post reported. Steven Spray, 26, was hit by an eastbound train shortly at about 1:30 a.m. Dec. 8, MTA spokesman Aaron Donovan told the Post.  The investigation into the fatal accident is continuing to determine why Spray was on the tracks, the Post said.
