Woman Charged With Trying To Steal BMW Rims, Wheels In Darien DARIEN, Conn. -- A Norwalk woman was charged with trying to steal rims and wheels from the BMW dealership on Ledge Road, Darien police said. Jamila Pereira, 31, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of burglar tools, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, possession of prescription narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Darien Artists Showcase Work In Grove Street Plaza DARIEN, Conn. – Nobu Miki wanted to find a way to gather Darien’s artists together, so she created a Paris-themed outdoor art show that was held Saturday at the Grove Street Plaza. “I’m an artist, and the idea just hit me like lightning,” Miki said.
