Four Men Breaking Into Car Charged With Trespassing In Norwalk, Police Say NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk police arrested four men on trespassing charges after residents of a Commerce Street apartment complex reported seeing them trying to break into a car. Emmanuel Thiersaint, 35, of Stamford; Dennis Tolliver, 36, of Stamford; Everett Goethe, 32, of Bridgeport; and Clerde Pierre, 36, of Stamford, were each charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. Norwalk School Board Appoints Connelly Interim Superintendent NORWALK, Conn. – The Norwalk Board of Education has appointed James A. Connelly as the interim superintendent of schools to take over from current Superintendent Manuel Rivera, who is leaving his position at the end of January. The school board approved Connelly’s appointment at its meeting Tuesday night, with six board members in favor, none opposed and two abstaining.
