Norwalk Police Respond To Threat That Was A Fake NORWALK, Conn. --  Norwalk police were dispatched to a Kendall Court home early Wednesday morning on what turned out to be a false report of someone threatening to harm themselves. Police received a call at 3:47 a.m. from someone claiming they lived at the Kendall Court home and that they were distraught and going to harm themselves. The caller reported having multiple firearms, according to police. Carmello Dekane, 30, and Jermaine Cowan, 35, both of New Haven, were charged with fourth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery.
