Chris Isaak Performs At Port Chester's Capitol Theatre PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Singer Chris Isaak will perform at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester on Saturday night. Inspired by artists such as Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison, Isaak is known for hits such as "Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing" and "Wicked Game." He has been nominated for a Grammy award, and his music has been featured in a number of movies and television shows.  Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets cost between $35 and $75 and are available on the Capitol Theatre's website.

Purchase's Neuberger Museum Hosts Family Art Workshop HARRISON, N.Y. -- Kids can learn about the Coney Island Cyclone and make art Saturday at the Neuberger Museum of Art at Purchase College in Harrison. Families can explore "Coney Night Maze," a sculpture exhibit by Donna Dennis inspired by the famous Coney Island Cyclone roller coaster. They will then make art about movement, sculpture, secrets and more. The workshop will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Neurberger Museum at Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road. Admission is free and is open to children up to 10 years old, accompanied by an adult.

Wildlife Artist To Visit Rye Free Reading Room RYE, N.Y. -- Wildlife and conservation artist Alison Nicholls will be at the Rye Free Reading Room Thursday to discuss her work and travels. Nicholls lived in South Africa and worked closely with African conservation projects. In 2011 and 2012 she visited the African  People and Wildlife Fund in northern Tanzania, where she sketched the people, wildlife and landscapes.
