Kidnapping Charge Tops Port Chester's News This Week PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- A Port Chester man charged with kidnapping in Greenwich tops this week's news. Diego Chica, 26, of Port Chester was charged with second-degree kidnapping after police said he held a woman against her will in Greenwich. Chica restrained the woman and dragged her 25 feet to his car, according to police. Port Chester's Comprehensive Plan won a Planning Achievement Award from the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation. Rye Station Garage Hosts Car Show And Fundraiser Sunday RYE, N.Y. -- Rye Station Garage will host its first annual car show Sunday to raise money for the Rye City School District. The show will be in celebration of the garage's 10th year in Rye. In addition to cars there will be giveaways, raffles, food, music and an auction for a Robinson Cano autographed baseball.
