Darien Police: Man Drove Drunk With Child In Car DARIEN, Conn. ? A Stamford man was arrested early Sunday and charged with driving drunk with his 3-year-old granddaughter asleep on the floor in the back of his car, Darien Police report. At around 1:53 a.m. Sunday an officer reported seeing a car stopped at a flashing yellow light at the intersection of Post Road and Rings End Road.
