Police responded to a report of a larceny at Macy’s about 8:40 p.m. Nov. 21, according to police. An investigation revealed that a suspect, identified as Octavia L. Matthews, 40, allegedly removed two coats having a total value of $277.50 from a store display and exited the store without paying, police report.
