Troopers Save Man Trapped In Car After Rollover Crash In Danbury DANBURY, Conn. -- Connecticut State Police troopers saved a man who was trapped in his car following a rollover on Route 7 in Danbury on Saturday.Troopers from Troop A - Southbury, the Danbury Fire Department and EMS responded to the accident on Route 7 northbound near I-84 exit 3 in Danbury on Saturday. The driver had sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to state police. Trooper Cassavechia arrived on scene first and found the man injured and trapped in his car. He was able to crawl into the wrecked vehicle and provide first aid before firefighters and EMS arrived.
