Car Rolls Over On I-95 North In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. -- A car rolled over and hit a rock wall on I-95 north in Norwalk Friday morning. The Norwalk Fire Department responded to the rollover between Exits 13 and 14 at 6:46 a.m. Friday. One of the three people in the car was pinned and had to be extricated by firefighters.
