Over the past week, police have received multiple calls about items being stolen from inside parked cars in the Main Street area. At about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, staff at the Norwalk Hospital Emergency Department notified police that an unresponsive male had been brought to the emergency room and was pronounced dead upon arrival, police said.
