Rye Identifies City Projects For Next Five Years RYE, N.Y. -- Rye officials have identified $26 million in capital projects that the city could implement over the next five years. The city's 2013 Capital Improvement Plan was released this week, projecting possible improvement projects to Rye's infrastructure through 2108, as well as possible sources of funding. This is the fifth year that Port Chester has held the event. Proceeds benefit the Natalia Crespo Eirin Foundation, whose namesake was a Port Chester resident who died of brain cancer in 2006, at age 30. Harrison Property Cards Will Soon Be Available Online HARRISON, N.Y. -- The Harrison Assessor's Office will be closed for a week while town employees complete a large scanning project of the town's residential records. "We're bringing our office into the 21st century," said Assessor Mark Heinbockel. Port Chester Enacts New Policy On Sponsoring Events PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Port Chester has established a new policy that says the village will only co-sponsor five events, such as parades and cultural festivals, per year.
